This appointment includes: a hearing test to determine the level of hearing loss, consultation of results and discussion of options through insurance as well as cash pay. A $45 testing fee including printed results may apply if insurance coverage does not reimburse the hearing test

Recommended annual service. Includes: Thorough cleaning of devices, replacement of disposable parts, firmware updates and verification that the hearing aids meet your current needs. A $65 appointment fee may be charged if the hearing devices are outside of their service period.
